On March 28, Dario led a tasting at Pecking Duck in New York.
The challenge was to pair Tuscan wines with superb Chinese cuisine.

The tasting was held together with the NYU wine club, where several professionals joined Dario in tasting five wines from our Dalla Botte selection.
