Il Peraccio

The story of Peraccio begins in 1943, when the Masiero family opened a restaurant in Florence, Cammillo, one of the most well known today in Florence. A few years later, Bruno and Diva decided to buy a farm so that they could have wine, olive oil and all genuine local products to use for cooking meals in their trattoria.
After many years and much preparation in the field, in 2016 the farm became the property of Francesco Masiero and Folco, his son, who gave new life to the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil.
In the farm there still is a small restaurant where Francesco teaches traditional Tuscan cooking and hosts Florentine food lovers who drive all the way from Florence to taste his mouthwatering dishes.
